Ya with the High geared (Tier2/Enigma) Frost mages, all that resist will be cut down to 1/4 or 1/3 of it because of all their anti resist gear.

Last comment was 1.3 years ago, but still I'd like to add that ppl using THIS set for PvP (or the new resistance sets) wont be very successful themselves either.

The following quests can be picked up from 工匠威尔海姆 at the Light's Hope Chapel in the 东瘟疫之地 by completing 奥玛里恩的手册 which you get from 大工匠奥玛里恩.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside 纳克萨玛斯.
You will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: 裁缝 (4), 制皮 (6) or 锻造 (3).

✅ Quests (except legs) are only available for: 圣骑士, 战士
