Basicly, in fights where you want to use resistance gear, you WILL take damage of some kind. Otherwise there is no use to equip the resistance gear. And as a mage or priest you often have very low hp compared to other classes and will have a hard time to survive without the extra stamina.

Yeah seriously be thankfull Glacial gear has a nice amount of Stamina and not like +2 stamina, most resist gear has nothing, has L40ish armor, and really isn't meant to be for anything but 1-4 boss fights.

If you think about it like this say they put Int, and Spirit on it too, well now you have to put lower stam and a lower amount of the other stats too or you make the items level way overpowered. But if you[re the kind to like to complain then hell go for broke, ask for +2% to crit, and +3% to hit, and while you're at it why not ask for +30 to spell healing/damage?

This gear is great compared to say Wizardweave...... which I hate but when I do Shaz wearing all the wizardweave pieces keeps me from dying from 2 arcane explosions.

i'm guessing these items are made for the Kel'Thuzad fight, where frost dmg will probably be hitting your entire raid group. this is probably also why there's stamina on there instead of intellect, because your primary objective will be to stay alive rather than keep your mana pool at a reasonable level. comparable to new guilds at ragnaros, i think.

The following quests can be picked up from 工匠威尔海姆 at the Light's Hope Chapel in the 东瘟疫之地 by completing 奥玛里恩的手册 which you get from 大工匠奥玛里恩.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside 纳克萨玛斯.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: 裁缝 (4), 制皮 (6) or 锻造 (3).

Patterns / Plans doesn't exists, all of them are taught by 大工匠奥玛里恩 in 纳克萨玛斯
