Hunter has 'mend pet' to heal it's pet. Anyone know if this is affected by this enchant? Also I have lifestealing but I am guessing that wouldn't be affected.

Yes, it would heal with the mend pet, but not the life stealing

Yes, it does affect healing over time spells, but it adds a total of +24 healing over the entire duration, not +24 healing per tick.

enchants/item effects like this add the +24 assuming that the casting time was 3.5 seconds. However, if the spell casts faster, i.e. flash of light and what not, it is scaled down I believe.

As a Paladin if I judge light and use a fast hitting weapon will this add +24 to every hit that procs a heal?
If this is the case this is a great enchant for a Pally

Your +healing gear is green? That "Murphstar of Healing" is a level 39 green, I'd rofl if you enchanted that junk with +55 healing. Hell, I'm laughing at the fact you still even think of equipping it.

Sry, but your wrong. To determine which class has the most profit of +Healing you need to understand what it actually is used for. +Healing improves your Healing/Mana ratio, meaning it lets you heal more for the same ammount of mana. The reason a Pally has the most profit of +Healing is that he has the cheapest Healspells in the Game. This said, any value added to his FoL has the bigger impact than on the other classes. You are right, that he dosen't get the same amount added to the heal itself, but the improvement of the Healing/Mana ratio is much bigger.
For an example, let's say a Pala and a Druid both have +700 Healing and have no talents specced and the same ammount of Mana. So let's do the math:
without +Healing:
Pally 363 / 140 = 2.592
Druid 2472 / 880 = 2.809
The Druid will heal more with the given Mana-Pool
Now with this +700 to Healing:
Pala (363 + (700* 1.5/3.5) = 300) = 663 /140 = 4.736
Druid ((2472+700) = 3172 / 880 = 3.604
The Paladin is now healing more than the Druid with the same Manapool.
You see the Healing/Mana scales much better on Palas. If you take the FoL Rank 1 it gets almoust ridiculous:
67 +300 = 367 Heal / 35 Mana = 10.486
If you take talents and BoL it gets even higher.
So for me as a Healadin, the first prio is definitly on +Healing gear, then +Manareg/Int. Even mana isn't a big issue for a Holy-Skilled Pala, since you don't get oom normally.

Bottom-Line: You have to know your role in the raid to understand how to best apply these enchants. If you are tossing FoL and going OOM before the encounter ends, you probably need mana regen or a deeper mana pool. For the most part, am end-game pally with good epic gear and holy spec will benefit from +healing gear because you will never go OOM.
Consider if you have the +22 int enchant; you receive an addition 330 mana in your mana pool. If you end the encounter with 330+ mana, did the enchant really do you any good? Mana regen is great, but at a certain point, it will also be beyond useful. +healing is always active and will help conserve your mana pool. I can spam Rank 3 or 4 FoL and keep a tank topped off and use hardly in mana. I can't remember the last time I went OOM and therefore +healing makes sense for me. Evaluate your situation and make the decision.

A Paladin's Blessing of Light (BoL) spell yields 115 additional healling (not "up to") to all ranks of Flash of Light (FoL).
BoL yields 400 additional healling (not "up to") to ranks 4 and above of Holy Light (HL). Ranks 1 through 3 get a smaller bonus.
FoL gains (1.5/3.5) = 43% from +healing, and HL gains (2.5/3.5) = 71%.
With around 400 +healing, and 7000 buffed mana, Paladins can spam FoL on the raid for 650 average for 140 mana. Rarely do they need to resort to HL4 for 1018 average for 190 mana. These numbers can be higher with talents.
On Vael, the 2nd BWL boss, my guild uses 4 Paladins main-healing the main-tank. Some casting FoL, others HL. Of course, they are also in fire resist gear, so not much in the way of +healing. We're currently up to Nefarian (Chromaggus takes a single attempt).
My current gear goal is 734 +healing and 75 mana/5 sec (plus 30-36 mana/5 sec from Paladin Blessing of Light, and more mana from melee on Judgement of Light). Yes, smart Paladins know when to melee and when not to, and smart guilds let them.

I just got my Zandalar's Confessor Wraps and I can't decide between +24 healing or +7 INT or +4 mana/5sec. I can see the benefit of each. my current bonuses are +290 to healing, about 6500 mana unbuffed and +36 mana/5sec.

A quick note for buyers on Bladefist!
I had 15 illusion dust for superior stamina (+9 bracers)... gave it to an enchanter and then he told me he wanted 10 gold and wouldn't give me back my mats..... BLUECHIP ON BLADEFIST IS A THIEF!
DO NOT BUY ENCHANTS FROM HIM! DO NOT HELP HIM. The word
BLACKBALL
comes to mind!
be warry of trying to get your stuff enchanted quickly while you are getting ready for work... i had no choice but to pay and bite my tounge.... tonight is payback!

Omfg, if this does not require a 35+ item, which I dont think it does, you could get one HELL of an overpowered 19 Healer.
