She isn't always there, if someone else is doing the quest just wait and she will reappear in a couple of mins. Don't run around getting angry like me that you couldn't find her, she is across the road from the first aid vendor with a blue ?

For all those people who don't know how to lure her away from town,
Get a bottle of "Cenarion Spirits" from the Innkeeper at "Cenarion Refuge" in "Zangermarsh"
Then go to "Viera Sunwhisper"

Completing this quest is really satisfying (and funny too!).

I think it's actually easier to just do your other quests, and if you see her complete this quest. She's not always there and it's not worth getting frustrated and/or spending ages trying to find her when you could be doing other quests.

First off, you gotta have the quest that asks you to get her the cenarian drink that you can purchase from inn keeper (last thing in his inventory, usually) in the cenrian hold in Z.... (don't remember how to spell the place, but its west of hellfire penninsula). You get the quest from a different lady in Falcon, when you get the quest, then you should have gotten a scroll as well. Click on Viera, give her the booze, she will start walking. Once she gets to the bottom of the hill, use the scroll, and I dont want to spoil the ending (it's worth a small chuckle), but quest complete.

The booze is for a horde quest. You buy Cenarion Spirits from the innkeeper at the Cenarion Refuge at Zangarmarsh. Then just follow what the previous post said to do.

The listed quest rewards are incorrect. All that is available from this quest is the wedding ring. Hydromancer's Headwrap is from this quest, which is picked up in Zangarmarsh in Coilfang Reservoir.

You might have also missed her if someone else was doing the quest. Her part doesn't last long, so if she isn't there when you are checking she should be there within about a minute.

She is sitting down at the tent across from the
Medic Triage area.

/target worked for me, but I ran past her a lot
as she's very small and sitting...the "green" target
"glow" didn't show up very well.

薇拉·火语 is a quest related NPC, you need to lure her and kill to complete 埃雷利恩的"恋人" quest.

薇拉·火语 is little farther to the south of quest giver, sitting on the ground near colored tents. She dont actually want to go with you, so you need to complete her quest first.
She wants you to bring 塞纳里奥热酒 for 生命的乐趣, so you need to travel to Zangarmarsh to Cenarion Refuge camp, you will see it when enter Zangarmarsh.
There is a tavern in Cenarion Refuge, talk to 旅店老板考伊斯·斯托克顿 and buy 塞纳里奥热酒 - 1 is enough here. Travel back to Falcon Watch and complete her task.
薇拉·火语 asks you to follow her outside the watch. As you left it and Viera stops, cast 卡尔琳达的惩戒卷轴 on her and she is done. Watch funny scene at the end.
