Are they wanting us to gem for haste/crit now? anyway with the spirit -> crit conversion (including the glyph) these leggings have a nice 162 critical strike rating.

There are only 2 set pieces with spirit on it, and this is the one you want to take for 4 piece bonus.

Any yellow gem should be +12 spell power / +10 haste (hit, if not capped) for all 4 mage PvE builds.

Tier 9.225 is bought using a non-grouped token Trophy of the Crusade as well as a number of Emblem of Triumph. The trophy may be looted from all Normal bosses in the 25 man instance Trial of The Crusader. Triumph Emblems can be obtained in a variety of ways.

Tier 9 is bought using Emblem of Triumph. These emblems can be obtained in a variety of ways.
