These have a gold/yellow color to them. They seem to be a direct upgrade from T7.5 except trading expertise for haste.

How is a few extra stats with haste and slightly more critical strike rating an upgrade over the loss of 42 Expertise and 48 Attack Power? To me this is a side-grade, maybe even a downgrade, especially for Feral Tanks. Haste has to be the most retarded stat for feral - what are you thinking Blizzard? This tokens sitting in my bank until I get another piece at least.

These are best in slot for 10-man feral tanking mitigation according to this loot ranking list. The Proto-Hide leggings are better (essentially the same mitigation and higher D/TPS) and are BoE so can be bought on the AH.
