All of the Swiftarrow parts will cost 108 heavy borean leather and 8 Eternal air to teach it and to make it in total.
The entire set gives:

If you are planning on making the entire set, since the Swiftarrow "set" is not truly a set and has no set bonuses, I would suggest replacing the bracers and leggings with the two Giantmaim items. They are similar to the Swiftarrow items, but are epic quality, have higher stats, and have Armor Penetration instead of Resilience.
