When Season 4 begins, Season 3 items will be reduced in personal and team arena rating requirement to:

The new Season 4 items will have the following personal and team arena rating requirements:

Legs: 1550

The honor gear that will be released with Season 4 will also carry rating restrictions on select pieces of equipment:

The Season 2 items will replace the Season 1 items for purchase by honor, and will carry no rating requirements.

For a PVE minded hunter like my self, sometimes we'll reach into Arena gear for our upgrades. S3 hat is one example. This is another. Easy to obtain and cheap enough to get quickly. Compared to Ranger-Generals: -46 ap, +1%hit, +0.68% crit, +84 ignore armor

This is factoring 10 agi in every socket for both chests. You do have badges that you don't know what to do with, right? :)

What would you choose for survival hunter in PvE: this chestpiece stacked with agility and crit gems (epic), or https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=30907 ? If under hit cap, this chest seems like it would be better. Obviously much less attack power, but the hit and armor penetration, along with the small amounts more agility, crit, and stam seem to make up for the loss of attack power. Seems like the 8Mp5 really is the difference maker in this one.

So what piece out of all the S4? I was think the chest but wasn't sure. I mean what piece is worth getting first? It was either between chest cause I think it's the main part and gloves cause there easy to get. Well i was think chest/pants. So either one. Anyways what do you think?

Personally im not to big on the full set for hunters.. lots of people say it looks good, personally its not my fave, its not bad though.
