Here is the Stat comparison to the Tier 4 Cyclone Shoulderguards:
+66 Armor
-2 Stamina
-7 Intellect
+12 Spell Crit Rating
+5 Dmg/Healing
+6 Mp5 (Mp5 not present on Tier 4 Cyclone Shoulderguards)
1 Yellow Socket changed to Blue Socket

Awesome stats, though the set bonus is pretty ass.

Overall, probably best for the ele shaman who can get the 2pc t4 bonus but have bad luck with the 4pc. Although pieces of t5 might start to be better now that the 4pc t4 bonus has been nerfed.

The first set bonus doesn't really make sense. Sometimes I cast LHW on myself or others if I'm too afraid of sudden killing attacks or AoE, but otherwise it's pretty much just Lightning Bolt spam (which means that the 2nd ability seems okay).

I think blizz has an entirely different idea of elemental shamans (in raids) then most raid leaders have. My raid leader even told me i shouldnt heal, since it's not my job.
My function is to dps, otherwise rerole healer.

Also, the 2nd bonus is crap.. Why the hell would someone that downs kael and/or vash not just use mana potions in raid for mana? With a SP in my grp it's impossible to go oom, and if i dont get a SP I just pop a mana potion whenever i can.

Give us a halfdecent T5 bonus plz..:S
They took me to raids as a dps, not a healer!

I currently have Pauldrons of Wild Magic. Since the set effects on these shoulders are garbage, is it worth taking them away from someone else to get them for myself?
