This item, with the respective voodoo doll of each class, creates an enchant for head or legs.

Every class gets a different enchant. All are powerful, however some are not cross-spec friendly. The warrior enchant, for example, is tanking and the druid enchant is only healing.

of particular note:
DRUID HEAD - can get 10 stam, 10 int at the cost of 11 healing and 7mp5 (good for pvp)
WARLOCK HEAD - can get 10 stam at the cost of 4 damage and 14 hit rating (good for pvp)
PRIEST LEGS - can get 4mp5 at the cost of 42 healing (marginally better endurance?)
MAGE LEGS - can get 8 hit rating at the cost of 17 damage
ROGUES - can get up to 24 dodge rating at the cost of much attack power (good for pvp)
SHAMANS - can get up to 30 intellect at the cost of a lot of damage & healing (debatably good for pvp)
TANKS - really don't bennefit and should always consider the stamina and avoidance provided by Nethercleft Leg Armor and the total avoidance given by Glyph of the Defender

As noted above, the Hoodoo Hex is still the best head enchant for Warlocks that PvP. Reaching the hit cap of 3% is extremely easy, so the stamina from this enchant is more useful than the hit rating from the Sha'tar glyph.

Completing the enchant quest is worth 250 reputation with Zandalar Tribe and is repeatable. It can be a nice bonus if you are looking to rep up.

Sadly, Blizzard will probably never impliment a DK reward for obvious reasons and these have no use to us.

my guild only gives idols out to people who have tier 2 helm or legs. so everyone that has their tier2 helm/legs (or somethin equivalent like Crown of Destruction) can /roll for the idol. and whoever wins gets it. i got my idol today :)

Much rather have +10 stamina and +18 spell damage than +22 spell damage and 14 spell hit rating.

Some of these are much better for arenas/pvp than the revered with a specific faction outland enchants. For example, i am a hunter and i am getting the Falcon's Call enchant on my gladiator helm. I lose 10 ap, 6 hit rating, and gain 10 stamina. Seeing as I dont need much hit rating in pvp, the only thing i lose is 10 ap. However the 10 stamina owns 10 ap for arena.

Unfortunaly this enchant is kind of useless for me. =(
I'm a fury rogue so +10 stam, +10 def and +15 block rating won't help me too much.

Just rolled 98 and won this, I also won his boots with the roll 26. :)

The boss we killed before him dropped Blooddrenched Gloves for me, I won with rolling 16 (druid rolled 95 but too late).

One just dropped off mandokir and my god did people go crazy for it, after three seconds the bid was up to 50 and finnaly finished at 100 (which would probably take ~7-9 full 20 man raids, providing all bosses are killed).
Halberb of smiting also dropped and went for 15 DKP, just to put it in perspective.

New drop off Mandokir (and supposedly Jin'do) in 1.11, used in the ZG Class Enchants. The enchants no longer require Primal Hakkari pieces, just this Idol and your class voodoo doll.

Does the ZG enchants work like the arcanums you get from DM etc? By that meaning that you can put them on another persons gear through the trade window?
As a druid I'd love to get the Rogue enchant on my feral gear..... Doubt it works but if anyone knows for sure I'd like to know!
