got these yesterday;) took me about half an hour to do it, grinded some quest for money ( thanks to patch 1.10) and voila, sorceres bindings!

The quest for these is given by some guy in thrall's chamber. You need to go to silithus and kill scorpions and spiders. Then you hand in the venom samples you get from those guys, along with Magister's bindings AND 20g to get Sorcerers bindings.

ahh..well..i dont know if da spider thing a horde quest..but..4 alliance..again..
u have 2 go north of "wintersprings" like..faaaar north of da map..where u'll c some wolves..i dont know wat wolves there are..but..it should say in da quest...da drop rate 4 this is quite..55% 4 me.. and gettin ganked by hordes..;; well yea..

What is the level required to obtain the quest? I know it is a level 60 quest, but can a 54 get it to upgrade my bracers? Can't find the quest on Thottbot. :'(

Are these supposed to be better than Magister's? Because they look a lot worse to me. Worse all parameters except the extra dmg.

I can't get the quest at level 54 mage; brother's warrior is 56 and he can't get the quest either, but he but he was able to do the quest on his 60 mage so if the above poster is correct then you have to be either 57 or 58 to start this quest.

These are terrible.

+8 damage? I've got +20 or so from greens. Granted, they're Fire only, but then again i've got the same thing for Frost as well.

I also play a druid so gear changing is something I do intuitively.

I suggest all of you learn the same and ignore these ^&*!ty bindings.

these may not be that good, but if you look at the rest of the armor that goes with it it gets better. And for the person who said he has greens that do + to more dmg you are %^&* if you have that many greens at lvl 60 anyway and the greens that do have Plus do dmg mostly only have plus to dmg no other stats. so these are worth it in the long run when you do take into consideration the set bonus for having 4 as well

Was away from the game for awhile, and already have magister's bindings and gloves. If they are soulbound, can you still turn them in, or do i need another pair?

I killed only the bears, 54-55's at that. Dropped on almost everyone. I did find fighting the Elder bears did not drop near as much as the 54-55's.

I notice on the quest decription on Thott (above) it says "well met <class>..." is the Magister's set upgrade only available for the mage class or can any class start this quest, as the quest text seems to say? sure could use some help here since i don't want to waste 40g on magister's bindings if i can't upgrade the darn things. thanks.

yes these are class specific, only a mage can upgrade sorcerer's just like only a priest can upgrade devout, etc.

Got these yesterday, quests said (dungeon) for some reason while it's just in Silithus, wasn't very hard either took me about 30 mins to solo it. Just kill the scorpids and spiders (most of mine dropped from the scorpids).

+20g to get these, which isn't a lot when you compare it to magister bindings imo and +damage is always good.
