As a lock i can say that 4 set of Netherweave is the best on 60-64 imo. lots of pure Stamina, spelldmg from items, spelldmg bonus, bonus sprllcrit.
I looted some blue gear from bosses but had less sta and spelldmg with them. So i chose 4 Netherweave Set: gloves, feet, wrist and waist for me

For casters, it is an upgrade from the Knight-Lieutenant 2 pieces bonus, assuming you don't mind being nerfed from intellect a bit.

Where do you find the recipe for these? I am alliance and have looked at honor hold inn...she doesnt have them avaliable. I am a 355, way above what thottbot has for requirement. Does anyone know that has this currently where to get it?

It isnt needed 340 skill to make them. Yuo need only 320.

Yeah, very clever, this trainer doesn't want to train this recipe himself, so he puts it into the general goods.. Yes, very nice, why couldn't she train it herself? I guess it's limited supply or something but there's no recipe here, any1 knows really where to get this or something? T_T
