This can be earned through items that drop in Ahn Qiraj 40 man raid. You need 1 Skin of the Great Sandworm, 2 Idols of Strife, 5 Bronze Scarabs and 5 Ivory Scarabs and bring them to Kandrostrasz inside Ahn'Qiraj. You need to have Friendly reputation with the Brood of Nozdormu as well

This is one of the new AQ quest rewards, parts of which can "be soloed, or at most, the requirement of an UBRS level group is needed."

At least warriors can't touch them, enough of them already bid on Fallen Crusader items...

HOW TO AQUIRE: TIER 2.5 LEGS

Gain Friendly reputation status with The 诺兹多姆的子嗣.
Accept your class quest from 坎多斯特拉兹 inside The Temple 安其拉 (AQ40). He's located in a side room just beyond 预言者斯克拉姆.
Kill 奥罗 and loot the Qiraji token: 巨型沙虫的皮.
Collect the right amount/type of Idols and Scarabs needed, either buy them from the auction house or loot from trash / 大型圣甲虫箱s.
Complete the quest!
