How much extra threat do you get after patch 2.3?

If wowhead data is true then I think we can assume that each point increase threat of MS and BT by 21%. So MS/BT should do 163% threat with 3/3 Tactical Mastery. If we add defensive stance (which increase threat itself by 30%) then BT/MS will do 130% threat with 0/3 and 212% threat with 3/3 TM.

Did it worth to take this talent for PvP? 25 rage while changing stance is quite cool, isn't it?

I find myself in berserker stance most of the time in PVP. Thus, when rooted and trinket and intimidating shout is on cooldown, I find the following macro useful for taking care of those pesky mages for instance:

/equip Gladiator's Shield Wall
/equip King's Defender
/cast Battle Stance
/cast Spell Reflection
/equip Mooncleaver

Just replace your shield/1her/2her with the appropriate items. Left click will equip sword+board, switch to battle (if in berserker - won't do anything if you're in Battle or Defensive) and spell reflect. Right click will re-equip your 2her.

Of course this is only possible with 25 rage (at least) and the 3/3 TM, so I find it very worthwhile.

This and Imp charge also make for amazing openings for prot spec. I spec 11/7/45 to get Anger Management, and the stun resist is pretty useless for tanking imo. Putting just 2 points into this is the most efficient use: macro charge into Def stance, pop bloodrage, and you instantly have 36 rage to start sundering/shield blocking with.

This talent also helps in lower-level raid instances. For example, tanking Blindeye the Seer is very easy for, eg, an arms warrior (whilst they're in full dps gear). The critical Mortal Strikes when raid buffed/debuffed mean that a vast amount of threat is generated, and when he's dead you can deal your full damage to the remaining enemies.

Also in Karazhan, this talent means that an otherwise full dps warrior who has picked up decent tanking gear can main tank any bosses before the Curator (except Nightbane).
