It's used by the Guardians of Blizzard mobs that are in (or at least used to be in) unfinished areas of the game, to stop people from exploring them. There were also traffic cones and construction signs in such areas. Don't think they use them anymore.

After I transfered my Paladin from one server to another, I had a bug that made me able to have Crusader Aura + Any aura I'd want, which both worked. The easiest solution was to die, so the Game Master used Death Touch on me (according to Combat log) and revived me right after. "Problem" solved ;)

This spell does without question exist on live servers.

As of patch 2.4 you can now link spells, and that means that we can link any spell that has ever been used on the server (by players or GM's/Dev's) with simple /script commands... This is the same method as Atlasloot uses to gather its item information if i'm not misstaken.

Try to type this ingame:

/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Shift-click this link to put into chat: \124cff71d5ff\124Hspell:5\124h\124h\124r");

You should get a link to this spell in your log.

i am a GM on a private server and yes this is a instant kill spell rumor is that death knights are going to get this spell in wrath of the lich king expansion but not the instant kil GM one its a differant one

This spell was used by the "Guardian of Blizzard" NPCs that guarded unfinished zones (such as Western Plaguelands) during the alpha/beta version of the game (and maybe the 1.0 version, not sure about the retail release). If you got too close, it killed you instantly and yelled something like "This area is off limits!".
