Is this in addition to improved intercept? Because a 15 second cooldown on intercept would make you a god above casters.

This is likely the most powerful of all the 4-set bonuses. The key to killing a warrior, for most classes, is by staying out of melee range or using hit-and-run tactics. As the majority of PvP warriors are spec'd Arms, they usually have a 20 second cd Intercept. Adding this bonus, it is brought down to 15 seconds.

This set bonus makes classes like hunters and casters ridiculously easy. You wouldn't think that it would be that much more of a boost, but it realistically means you get 25% more melee time against kiting classes, thus 25% more damage.

Any and all PvP warrior's should maintain this 4-set bonus unless there is a massive upgrade available. I would call this bonus irreplaceable.

This.... and 2/2 imp intercept puts it on 15sec cd. anything that can put it down to 10 sec? the GM/HW gear @ 70 has the same bonus, but ofc you cant wear enough pieces of both sets at once to gain both bonuses..
