These are hawt! I was sorely disappointed when Bloodthirster's Wargreaves came out. The +hit is great for my fury warrior, but I just can't sacrifice that much crit, even with gems it would be:
158 attack power
38 hit
31 crit
These on the other hand weigh in at:
152 attack power
12 hit
59 crit
Yes the Bloodthirster's have 1 extra dps point based on a Nethercobra kit and blue quality gems, but that 1 point is easily made up by the extra stam, resilience (don't wanna be 2 shotted with a crit in a Heroic when I pull aggro), and armor on these.

Blizz, you really know how to blow it:( I really really want some hit, but not at the cost of such an important fury warr stat as crit. Considering I can use these arena pants for both arena and PvE, I will not blow 75 Heroic Badges on this, the tanking pants would be a better investment.
Weird how the S2 pants have 14 hit and these only 12? I go mace spec in arena and do enjoy having my hit rating up, seeing that "Miss" pop up is just very disappointing.

ummm, +hit is $%^&ing stupid. get 95 then STACK AP! i used to be a hit warr, had *!@#y gear 280+hit, then i got smart, i have 98+hit 2k AP and 30% crit. unbuffed, and i have 0 rage problems.

Sorry but you're forgetting two crutial points there chief... 1) your offhand has a much worse hit rating then your main hand so exceeding 95 still increases your liklyhood of hitting and thus doing damage and 2) Every weapon ever has a damage range and increasing your hit rating helps you more frequently hit harder.

Though I'll agree to some extent that it's not as useful after 95, I'll never stop looking for more hit rating when I can.

Question, can one obtain Vengeful/Merciless Gladiator armor only with honor points?

I just saw someone in BG (not in my server) has 2 Vengeful armor but he didn't have any Arena records.

To the above comment, if someone is not on your realm you can't see their arena records in battlegrounds.
