Comparing these with Vanquisher's Legplates (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30533) for a Retribution Paladin.

Now we don't really care about armor, but these legs have roughly got 280 armor more than the Vanquisher's.
Strength wise they're almost equal, 36 strength on the Vanquisher's and 35 on this one. Means 70 AP.
These legs have got 24 more stamina than the Vanquisher's. Meaning this would be the choice of a PvP Paladin.
These legs have got intellect, which the Vanquisher's lack. Although the Vanquisher's legplates do have sockets, so you can modify them a bit. Although I would recommend these legs rather than any other leg piece in the entire game.
