At time of this post (pre-2.4) this is obviously the best holy priest chestpiece in the game. In my opinion, there are extremely few high-end chests to be had for this class/spec, all of which are nearly sidegrades (Primal Mooncloth and Tier5 are sidegrades when considering the frequency of Kael'thas kills). Even the Bloodboil chest is a bit weak. This, however, combines all considerable stats.

The set bonus, though, has bugged me. Tier6 seem to be the most underwhelming and uncreative bonuses, for most classes even! Nothing interesting or extremely useful. Four pieces for +250 Healing to my 5000 Greater Heals. Great.
