This helm will see very little use for most high end rogues, I personally only use it for my Shadow Resist set with a +20 Shadow Resist enchant on it for Mother Sharaz. Wearing Tier 6 Shoulders, Chest, Gloves, Legs and Cursed Vision of Sargeras provides you with your 4/5 Set Bonus and your best in slot helm. Thus giving you the best of both worlds.

from looking at this set, this is what makes me think exactly what the #$%^ blizzard is doing with our money ... i'd rather wait a couple more months for them to actually take their time on a set then just throw it out there .....i honestly think the designer was stoned when he made this set .....probably same person who made bone sythe as well

It's far better looking than the godawful Deathmantle and much better than the hideous green piece of crap we get for gladiator's set >:(

I'll take this look over those two any day. Would be good though if this was the same dark red color as it is on it's item icons. WTF Blozz? Make it red! Come on!

The set IS actually red. The previous screenshot is probably just in a wrong lighting. Posten a new screenshot above. :)

I've tried it on in the ptr prior to the Black temple patch and let me say as a NE rogue myself im fairly disgusted with the overall design of this. I mean come on blizzard looking @ the helm makes me think lock plain and simple, and as for reporting to blizzard I think I alone reported at least 20 times in item feedback and of course we all know what blizzard wants from rogues.... they want us to shut up and roll other classes, it's the only thing I can figure out with the trash graphics/set bonuses/lack of stats on all our tier. The only upside is the legendary coming our way but good luck with gettin that since after seeing that I can safely say we will see a whole new explosion of fury warr's goin after em or warr's who want em *incase* they decide to go fury sry rant over. in short blizz get real invest proper time and effort in all classes gear plz

Oh and btw slayer drops half tokens in Hyjal and half tokens in Black Temple just to be able to check it out you have to be able to zone in to the starting area in C.O.T. Hyjals past.

+dagger skill is actually better than +hit when it comes to "more dps in raids".. +10 skill = one higher lvl... but the rest of the stats on basicly all +dagger gear is just too crappy for it to be worth it.. so yeah +hit gear, daggers and combat specc ftw in pve raids ;p

Actually your talk about +weapon skill isn't completely right but I won't go into that. Having +5 weapon skill gives you almost +2% hit against boss level mobs where +6 would only give 2,2 or so and +4 some 0,8%. And that's if you believe the currently found formulas.

Probably the worst Item in the rogue t6 set; besides if your this far in the game anyways your better off saving your dkp for https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=32235/萨格拉斯的诅咒视界; THE BEST ROGUE helm in the game for pve AND pvp according to shadowpanther

Yes the last picture is from a private server. I am the one that posted it.

As you can see, the bag that I had there is called a "Core Bag", which of course, was customized by the maker of that server, and is not available ingame. The bow is also customized.

Hopefully, if your observant enough, You'll notice that within the mount bag is a Frostwolf Horn, and that is not able to be obtained by alliance on normal servers.

Just thought I'd help clear things up. :D

P.S. I agree with you retpally27, I would easily trade my 70 hunter for this guy lol.

You kill certan bosses for Items in BT and Hyjal Summit then in HYjal Summit you trade them in for the Slayer armour (T6) there are items for each class... kinda :P theres 3 peices of trade ins with 3 classes in each item (Rogue,druid,priest) for one i think but yeah u get the point :3
