Although there are no 'weak' pieces of the set, I think this would be the last piece I'd pick up, mainly due to a few things:

1. It has a yellow socket - This is by far the worst gem any healer could see on their gear. There's no +Healing and no +Mp5 from it without losing a socket bonus - And this one is actually good.

2. The mp5 on this helm is LOWER than the T4 helm - Which has 10 mp5. You gain 6 spirit - And even with 30% regen inside the five second rule as of 2.3 with talents, it's not even close to the static regen.

3. The only stat gain you get is Stamina and plus healing. Beyond that, Tier 4 is a near replica of this item, and with more Int (Socket bonus with a Royal Nightseye in blue), more mana per five, more natural regeneration (6 Spirit < 2 more mp5), and an easier way to earn it.

The item itself is good, with high amounts of healing and great stats. But unless you're shooting for a 2 or 4 piece bonus for some reason, I'd pass this up for the time being. Tier 4 will last just as long as this with only 40 less healing (Which overall is neglectable for the cost you'd pay for this, most likely), it's a very minor upgrade otherwise.

Check what you're wearing before bidding on this item in raids. It is tier 5 loot indeed, but it may not be exactly the upgrade you're looking for.
