Probably the best hunter boots in the game at level 61. You won't find a better pair of boots until level 64 and then you will have to go to Mana-Tombs defeat a boss and roll on Boots of the Outlander and win! Also these are normally pretty cheap on the AH.

good replacment for BS Boots.

The set gives these bonuses as more pieces are worn:
2: Increases your critical strike rating by 15.
4: +20 Stamina.
