I found out that the drop rate on these wings is horrible, the drop rate is much less than Wowhead states.

I would personally estimate around 10% instead of the 25% listed.

This quest takes much time to complete. You better do it along with In Case of Emergency...
I looted 20 of them and got only 6... however, as Priest there is a lil' benefit for me, because Buzzards drop Light Feather more often than quest items ;]

Quest is worth it, if you plan on using the recipe that it rewards. The buggers drop the buzzard meat for the recipe.

Well, I'm 0 for 14 starting this quest, Still 12 to go. I wonder if they estimated how boring these type quests are after an hour. Maybe I can sell some molted feather down pillows after this is done.

The Bonestripper buzzards around 63,65 South of Honor Hold, have a really good drop rate. If you go to the wrong area, the drop rate is very low.

Easy quest when you know where to go.

I read the forum posts about this quest, I almost didn't take it. I am glad now that I did. It took me about an hour because I did it along with the zepplin parts quest. I got four green level 57-60 items and the boots of the decimator (a level 60 rare drop). Not too shabby, not too shabby. About one in every four of the birds dropped the wings. Good XP too.

No way the drop rate is that high. I've killed 23 birds. I have 2 wings. That's beyond bad luck.

My experiences suggest the level 59 ones seem to drop it a lot of the time. The level 58 ones, you're lucky to see 20%.

强壮的秃鹫翅膀 is a quest related item - you need to collect 12 to complete 万无一失 quest.

Follow the east direction and keep moving until you see skeletons in the ground. There are also many of them to the east can be seen from afar.
There are mobs all around the skeletons you need to kill to loot 强壮的秃鹫翅膀 - 啄骨秃鹰s - drop chance is medium.
