A must have for any Tier 2 (or greater) head or leg item. The stamina and +healing are arguably the most useful statistics to a Paladin and this enchant includes both. Requires a Paladin Voodoo Doll from and Enchanted Hoodoo Pile and a Primal Hakkari Idol, which is a guaranteed drop off of both Jindo the Hexxer, and Bloodlord Mandokir.

Why hasn't this been converted to +healing and damage, it would be better than any rep based enchant for prot paladins. I'll have to post on the bug forum to find out.

Doesn't drop, it's part of a quest in ZG.
You need a completed Arcanum of ____ (Don't know pally one offhand, but it's a DM enchant requiring a PBD), Your class' voodoo doll, and some other random trivial mats.

yea, im also wondering....who can verify if you can do these things through trade windows
cuz id very much want the druid enchant
10 stam/10 int/24 healing
rather than the 7 def

I just tested this and it can't be enchanted on other people's gear using the "will not be traded" slot in the trade window.

i wish they'd actually give the pallys something that doesn't suck ass.
Sure the 10 Stm is nice, same with the +24 healing.

But 7 Defense? Come on blizz you already nerfed our defense skills down the drain. Now you taunt us with this @#$%, while you give priests 4MP5? I'll be happy when the horde gets pallys, then they can see how #$%^ed over we are on a lot of stuff from blizz

Just incase someone was thinking that the +healing equals some spell damage, it doesn't. I was curious today if it would be the case today but looked at one of my older items in bank to make sure...would've been a nice protadin enchant otherwise.

how can u say protection is useless ok we dont need it as much as a tank i have a fair amount of defense without sacrificing other stats this is like a libram of constitution with defense and with plus healing i so want one of those there dam good, and im usually the last pally alive should it go wrong and we wipe, obviously as more of a survivor im not gonna have an enormous mana pool

The only real difference between a paladin tank and a warrior tank is the ability to hold aggro and snap aggro ability. I have seen a video of druid tanking Nefarian. I personally have tanked all the lesser instances (non-40man) except UBRS... and I am close to being able to do that!

+7 Defense alone? You right, it's worthless. But then +7 of just about ANYTHING alone is worthless. It's all about stacking.

I am protection specc'd and it's a valid tree to build on. I will respond to all that say that any paladins that want to tank should reroll warriors that any paladins that want to heal should reroll priests. We are HYBRIDS people!

I have healing gear that pops me up to over +400 on my heals. I have tanking gear that gets me to +400 defense. And I only have two epics! Certainly we were not meant to replace warriors as tanks in the end-game instances, but I have done my share of tanking core hounds in MC. And I am usually the one next to the MT keeping Seal of Light or Seal of Wisdom on the boss. And I survive because of a high Defense and high STA. Oddly enough... just like warrior tanks!

ahm ok you guys that think +7 is useful you should simply reroll a warrior and see how much +7 def give you... it's NOTHING, calling the first dude down for complaining about it shows how stupid you are, besides if your try to tank in a endgame instence you're just plain stupid... learn2play your class.... I never die in an instance and I'm holy retrebution, only reason to sepcc prot are for the blessings, do you sepcc prot to tank you're jsut plain stupid.... yeah it may work but why do it when warriros do it 50 times better...
and +7 def got nothing with surviivng to do, +120 def takes away 5% crit from mobs... do the mats and you find out that +7 def talkes away 0,27 % crit from mobs in other words useless..
if you choose +def items from instnces you've misunderstood paladins... reroll warrior if you want to tank..

Anyone tried to enchant item by another class ZG enchant through trade window? I guess it will not work, anyway there is some chance since enchants from librams can be used through trade window, so someone should try it ;).

It's a pretty crappy deal for the amount of materials required. Paladins aren't tanks. Two of these enchants and anticipation (a waste of 5 points) is only a total of 24 defense which isn't enough to make a difference. If you're speccing defense gear in MC/BWL or group PvP, big mistake. You're not a warrior.

In comparison to the other enchants available, we were shafted. 10 int or 4 mana/5 seconds would have been infinitely better.

I'd like this enchant but as I have never been able to get a group for Gurub I don't think I'll be able to get them?

I am in a small guild and we never have enough people to do a 20 man run (rarely for a 10 man!). Do have to go to Gurub a lot to get this or is it jsut 1 run to pick up the enchant. I already have the voodoo doll.
