I wish they would change this so it also affects chain lightning.

I've removed lightning bolt from all taskbars after getting the 3/3 trait to make chain lightning do dmg equal to lightning bolt... Getting this artifact trait effectively forces me to put lightning bolt back on the taskbar :(

Usefulness of two points aside, I wish there was some sort of indication of this proc'n that was more than just a little buff icon
