One of the three ranged weapons with stats on 19 (Alliance only).
You can try some Horde to get you Throat Piercers from Ghostlands though.
Blacksmiths can do Thick Bronze Darts, can easily be found from Auction House though.
For hunters I suggest Venomstrike.

Respawn rate is ridicilous elves keeps respawning every 30~60 secs, mind if you're doing this quest alone and underleveled. s

A group of about five Level 16 Hand of Argus swordsmen walks through the Bladewood camp every so often. Hanging out with them makes this quest a breeze - it's easy to do enough damage to get credit for their kills, and you'll never be in any danger of dying. Just keep pace with 'em until you've got all you need, then peel off.

Something Important to know:

Before this quest becomes available you have to complete the quests at Kessel's Crossing (62,88), you will then be sent to talk to Exarch Admetius (52,53) and he will send you to talk to Vindicator Boros. If you skip Kessel's Crossing Boros will only give you the repeatable Irradiated Crystals quest.

Took me a few to figure this out. Hope it helps.

(And for anyone out there still making twinks like myself: doing all these quests is irrelevant as far as XP goes, because now you can turn off ALL XP for BGs, Quests, and Exploration)

The Sunhawk Spies are north-west from Blood Watch. While you're going around the camps, you can be on the lookout for chests. I found one at 45,48 and later at 49,48. (:

apparently they made this draenei only. the only quest offered by boros is the repeatable shard turn in.

Description

Blood Watch is one of two forward bases operated by the Hand of Argus. You have already been to the other base, Azure Watch; things are completely different in Bloodmyst. When we first got here, the land was as beautiful as Azuremyst. We even called it Silvergale but now sickness is spreading across the land, worse yet, the blood elves that we were battling on the Exodar survived the crash. This brings me to your assignment: Venture northwest into Bladewood and terminate any blood elves that you find.
