I want to spread this knowledge. You don't have to kill the Great White Elekk. If you stand far enough away (the spot I use is /way 41.2 59.6) you don't even get in combat with it.

You take photos with the borrowed camera in your bag that you receive from Beatrice.

You have to use the camera in two different ways: click once from your quest log or bags to activate it when you are near the target - that changes your action bar to camera action bar. And then you press '1' to take the picture, and the other button to exit the camera 'vehicle'. (Took me a while to understand why just using the camera in the quest log did not work, but this is the same photographing as in the quests in Waking Shores.)

Secondly: the great white elekk needs to be photographed when it is alive. This is the most frustrating part of the quest as people keep aggroing it and then obviously killing.

Soaring Windroc is the hardest. Stand on the docks in the pond by Sunspring Post and the Windrocs will fly by, eventually.

Hang out at 36.81 61.89 and the Soaring Windrocs will fly by.

Some Windrocs spawn periodically a few feet above the water at 34, 54
Just stay in the shallow water with the camera ready and aim upwards.

The quest Getaway to Scenic Nagrand! can be completed during the Love is in the Air event.
You must take a photo of 4 creatures.

I recommend this order to save time:
Toothy’s grin => Swifthorn the Timid => Great White Elekk => Soaring Windroc
Because the pnj to talk to next, Beatrice Ripley, isn't far away.

/way #107 48.4 40.2 Swifthorn the Timid
/way #107 42.9 59.2 Great White Elekk (Don't get too close to avoid fighting)
/way #107 34.6 46.5 Soaring Windroc (fly over Lake Sunspring) (no yellow marker on the map, so keep your eyes open)
/way #107 28.7 46.6 Deliver photos to Béatrice Ripley
/way #107 49.7 46.3 Portal to Stormwind
Then deliver the photos to Maurice Guichi at the party stand before returning the quest.

You can not - I repeat: can not take pictures of the windrocs while flying. I found out the hard way..

Also: the returning portal is around coords 50,46. U don't have to use hearthstone to get back to SW...

For the windrocs - fly up onto the floating island above the pond and they are flying around it. Dismount, take photo, done!
