For this part you go around the village and talk to people where Dorian Atwater is off to? The villagers are around on a porch or on the square. There are more scattered around the Inn/Pub and surrounding area around the main square by the flight master and quartermaster.

It might be the lady near the Meeting house trestle with her beau. But who knows.

It doesn't matter if you don't find his location, just keep looking for more villagers to click on... until you do.

Once complete, you return to the Inn and find Cyrus.

Hi all

I present you Allied Races: Kul Tiran Storyline to unlock Kul Tiran. You need to do 20 Quests after finish as well you will get Kul Tiran Charger.

ok, to avoid anyone encountering the confusion and distraction I found...
if, while running/riding/flying/hopping/crawling/rolling/etc between random gossipy npcs you suddenly get a cinematic of being pickpocketed and then seeing a massive Horde invasion bombing the town... ignore it. it's nothing to do with this questline. go back to it later when/if you do the zone's questline and for now just keep pestering NPCs
