To find quest mob Frostmange you have to travel to 45.0 28.8 spot.
It's a giant-sized yeti, stands in front of small garden.

2. A Slight Detour	Lucille Waycrest - Go to see Lucille Waycrest at Highroad Pass in Drustvar.	Lucille Waycrest
3a. Yeti to Rumble	Lucille Waycrest - Kill 8 Chillfur Yeti thay are on west.	Lucille Waycrest
3b. Salvage Rights	Lucille Waycrest - You need to find 4 things: Credit - Supplies Recovered, Credit - Barrel Recovered, Credit - Chest Recovered and Credit - Bucket Recovered. They are little bit split and have protection.	Lucille Waycrest
4. Diversionary Tactics	Lucille Waycrest - You need to kill Frostmange She will not help you :P She will run to the house :D.	Lucille Waycrest

If Bones Could Talk is also before this, although not required - kill an Awakened Dead to loot a Rune-Etched Bone which starts that quest.

To turn this quest in I had a difficult time finding Lucille Waycrest.
Turns out she was in the house that Frostmage was located in front of.

Description

Our destination is that cottage up ahead. I know it doesn't look like much, but a great deal of history is hidden inside. First, though, we'll need to deal with that massive yeti camped just outside. I'd hate to ask it of you, but I'll need you to draw his attention so I can slip inside. Once you've taken care of him, I'll meet you within.
