In order to complete this quest, you'll have to collect 10 Amani Head, which drops from Amani Warrior and 6 Sandfury Head, which drops from Sandfury Axe Thrower.

You can find Sandfury Axe Thrower on the left side of Terrace of the Speakers, when you're going up the stairs (right if you're going down!) specifically in Tal'farrak;
You can find Amani Warrior on the right side of Terrace of the Speakers, when you're going up the stairs (leftif you're going down!) specifically in Tal'aman;

Take the stairs up to Terrace of the Speakers, there are trolls can be found.
Amani Heads drops from Amani Trolls, so you have to hunt some for.
They can be found at the right side of Terrace of the Speakers.
Sandfury Heads are the drop from Sandfury Trolls, they are at the left side of the terrace.
Drop rate isnt bad, so the quest may take not much time to complete.

I collected 6 Amani heads after AoEing, but the quest did not update. It still said 0/6. The next Amani troll I killed didn't drop one, but updated the quest to 6/6, so if it doesn't credit you just kill another troll.

The Sandfury trolls run off when nearly dead and will pull the others so be careful if you're not up to handling multiple mobs at once. The Amani trolls didn't flee.

You will get the followup Royal Report from Zolani after completing this quest, but you also have to complete Yazma's quests starting with The Word of Zul.
