Ask Navarrogg to teleport you to the quest area instead of run to there yourself. Across the quest area you'll find Seabound Soldiers that have to be killed and cleansed with Fel Exfoliator quest item.

You use this item on the corpse of the Seabound ghosts, not while they're alive.

Any ghost with the word Seabound in their name works for this quest.

Let the quest giver transport you and this is only for the Seabound guys which are usually on the path. Kill them and then use object on their corpse. Easy!

If you use the item on the corpse of a dead ghost and while channeling select a live one, you kill the live one and cleanse it soul. Then you can cleanse the dead one you were initially targeting and get two cleanses for one kill!
Probably a bug.

Not that it matters, but if you use this before you loot the mob, the mob will disappear and you cannot loot the crap. :)

Quest accepted and asked the questgiver to teleport me to the area. I can't see the ghosts, I bet it has to do with phasing :(

I had to click the "Fel Exfoliator" in my backpack instead of on the quest tracker. I assume that is a UI bug with my addons. I use ElvUI.

1 Discipline: Rumblings Near Feltotem	Speak with Archmage Modera and fly to Highmountain to see Navarrogg	Navarrogg
2 The Burning Birds	Navarrogg - You need to pick up 5 Fel Infusing Totem you can find them west of him	Navarrogg
3 The Tainted Marsh	Navarrogg - after accept quest speak with him again - He will teleport you. You need to kill 5 of Seabound Soldier and use on them body Fel Exfoliator.	Navarrogg
4 Village of the Corruptors	Navarrogg - You need to kill 4 Feltotem Infuser. Navarrogg will follow you to help with it.	Stonedark Drogbar
5 The Feltotem Menace	Stonedark Drogbar - after accept move to the north to find Found Final Boss after conversation you will be teleported	Navarrogg
6 Destroying the Nest	Navarrogg - Move to north to the cave Entered Feltotem Caverns and kill 15 mobs + destroyed 50 Fel Worm Egg after that Fel Broodmaster will show up - you need to kill him ( You can find it next close to entrance.	Navarrogg
7 A Triumphant Report	Navarrogg - Just go back to Dalaran and speak with Archmage Modera	Archmage Modera
8 A Gift From the Six	Archmage Modera - Move on middle of the room ( where you see blue light ) and use Acquire the Gift	Archmage Modera

After all you will get achi Power Unleashed.

I Had to change Discipline to finish last quest.

The objects of this quest are the Seabound Soldiers lying or walking around in bright Fel Green. The fel glowing Shambling Corpses are not part of this quest. Target and kill the soldier. Target his corpse and use the Fel Exfoliator in your bag on him. As of this date the one on the quest line doesn't work. Sigh. Hope this helps. It took a few minutes for the quest targets to show up after I arrived, so please be patient.

Drain the fel energies from the spirits of the Blind Marshlands.

Description

I wasn't able to scout inside the village yet, however, there are more dangerous experiments going on to the south. They were befouling the unquiet spirits in the marshlands with more fel magic!

I will rework this fel totem to draw out the fel energies they infused in those spirits.

Please, cure what spirits you can, perhaps it will even give them some peace.

If you want, I can even send you there!
