Go to 71.37 41.7, up the top of the ramp for completion after killing the demons

You have to get around the first area you went on the empowering of your artifact questline, roughly at 71.37 41.7 (as raincloud said). You can notice a cave beneath it, behind the ruin, and a rappel point nearby, clickable, just take a few steps back, with the ruin to your left and Lilian (or Tess), should start speaking again, asking you to go down thru the rappel rope and do her stuff.
Once in and planted the first barrel point, do the next 4, and on you way out, agro and kill one of the Volatile Felfires to set the trail on fire (since the useless Tethys forgot to give you some matches haha ).

/way 71.35, 34.88 first you will see a ramp go up and kill the demons. reach the top then you get the follow up quest This Time, Leave a Trail

If you havent opened fly mounts yet, there's a path up to the ramp starts at 71.2 35.2. There are also alot of demons you need to kill for the quest.
If you have opened flies, just fly to the point you need to reach and slay demons around - 71.5 42.3.

Description

Here we are, <class>t. On this island is a cavern full of exceptionally powerful demons and their leaders. If our plan succeeds, these demons will be... "blown to smithereens", as Tethys so nicely put it.

There's no time to explain the plan in full right now, but Tess has agreed to walk you through it. First you must get up to the top of this ramp. Slaughter a few on your way.
