The map is slightly deceiving, it's not located near the entrance, it is further down into the cave, find a path to head down deeper into the cave, the item is located at the bottom.

Cutter came running in, but then almost immediately disappeared. The minimap kept showing the quest turn in location, but no one was there anymore. Had to abandon and maybe I'll pick it up again someday.

Found it at 48,94. Took a bit of running around to find the path down though.

It should be noted that you cannot progress beyond this point in the quest line without also doing this quest. You'll pick it up upon entering the cave, I just happened to rush in and overlook it and then wonder why I couldn't progress.

I can verify as of 1/28/20 if you chose horde lumber mill you are able to complete this quest chain.

For those that don’t have coordinates walk up the hill from Cutter and take a right between the two guard Orcs and take the tunnel entrance to the right to enter into the mountain. Follow the tunnel to the back going down hill as it curves left on the right will be the tunnel to get you to the lower level. The artifact will be to the far right. If he hasn’t shown up, wait for Cutter to come down to you. Good Luck
