This is down at the bottom of the cave, next to Borogahn.

This quest is only available when you've done with all 3 quests inside this cave.

I.e. you still have them in your log, but all complete. Including all 8 ogron dead, the boss killed and the journal taken from dead orc.

Then you'll see a quest mark on your minimap indicating you can use the tunnel to get back up without fighting extra mobs.

The quest itself looks rather nice, though very similar to the goren travel quest just before it.

It would appear that this stops being available once you've turned in Leave Every Soldier Behind even though it keeps the quest item glow.

Have tried on various toons, but cannot seem to access this quest before having to hand in my disguise?

Annoying but not life changing I guess :)
