VTOL's armed with AGM's and we still poke the horde with swords ? Lulz !

For this quest use your Alliance Flare to bomb the four targets in the approximate areas detailed below:

Twinspire munitions stockpile is to the left as you walk in (looks like a giant red mine)
Xhu'daggab is further to the left within a blue magic shield
Wild imps are to the right on the same tier as Xhu'daggab, also within a domed magic shield which is green
Twinspire Demolishers are up the first set of stairs in the middle, there's four of them and they twinkle - just target any one of those with the Alliance Flare - and the flare has a really good range too, so you don't have to get very close at all

I think this quest was bugged for me. I kept getting a "I need a target message" whenever I tried to launch the flare and the only time it would fire was if I was standing directly on top of the target, which judging by the comments was not intended.

Is this bugged? If I try to use the flare in Twinspire Keep, it just tells me "spell not learned".

After all this time this quest is STILL not fixed?

I get a "You have no target" message when I try to use the flare to bomb the piles of supplies.

Ridiculous.

Edit: I feel like an absolute donkey's rump. The flares for this are meant, at least part of the time, for the demonic circles under the domes of fel light.

Description

Sully scouted the Horde establishment to the north, and he reports seeing a large pile of explosives, along with a small force of demolishers. That's not to mention the demons that their warlocks have summoned.

Luckily, we came prepared. We've got air support from the Skyfire. We just need to show our pilots where to strike.
