Go to 52.4 21.1 to find Fathom-Callers Azrajar. Kill him and then place the banner on the corpse.

Considering the advice given here on what she's saying, I guess the following key works:

daft and barmy = army
do me good = wood (re: the battle standard is made of wood)
pot and pan pitch and toss = boss
kick and prance = dance
alderman's nails = tails
nutmegs = legs

Note also that she says "nutmegs don't fail me now" during the vision given in an associated quest wherein she needs to RUN.

I'm not too sure on 'pot and pan' = man, and pokin' looks just fine as pokin' considering you stick the banner in his corpse. Could be smokin' instead and work just as well since you killed him. I'm inclined to leave it alone since it seems to be only the nouns that get Cockney rhymed.

You can put the banner in his corpse even if someone else killed him and put his banner already.

Btw.. this quest is in Vash, NOT the Maelstrom/Deepholm.

Once you get to Darkbreak Cove, you'll have to do a few prereq quests before you can access this quest from her.

WHERZ THE BANNER? Man I was really mad 'cause I couldn't find the banner! I couldn't find it because it was in my bags AND LOOKS JUST LIKE A STORMWIND TABARD, which I used to carry around.

Is anyone else unable to get the banner from the quest giver?

I've picked up and dropped this quest a few times, but no banner - completing the quest is pretty much impossible without it.

Edit: fifth time is the charm - got the standard! Woo!
