The Hotrod can be accessed by clicking the key in your inventory.

GUIDE
Drive down the road and before the split look to your left,
Gobber is there.

Take the split to the left.
You'll find Ace on your right hand side, where Goblins are doing something stupid, can't miss it!

When you got Ace and Gobber, drive back to the HTC HQ and go to the pool, you'll find Izzy sunbathing.

You do have to start the car, but do not need to be in it to pick up

Ace, big building waterside of road (xx.x, yy.y later) (well it looks like I can't get back for the co-ords)
Gobber, near V-4 on left down to water (60.5, 49.9)
Izzy, far side of pool near HQ (57.8. 86.2)

The pool where Izzy is is just to the right of the building you start in, KTC headquarters (not HTC as Syurna says).

I had difficulty finding Gobber, it helped me to know he's a hobgoblin, not a regular goblin.

The quest text is likely a reference to the act of driving, or "rolling" in a vehicle with friends or "homies".

You can hear Starcraft's main theme music when you turn on that radio on your car-thing. But that's only for a few seconds.

Easy to find them. They are showed with a bright white light around them.

Izze is by the pool to the building that you start at
Gobber is down the road almost to the fork but not on the left side, standing infront of a building
Ace is on the water side of the road, right before the "Bildgewater Port" on the map in the green box area.

I don't know what's wrong with this quest; first time I tried, the third guy refused to get in the car. He was all lit up, but just wouldn't hop in. Period. Tried it on another new goblin character, and the second guy was nowhere to be found. He wasn't where he was supposed to be - and thus the third guy wasn't there, either - seemed like they had to be picked up in order? I don't know - but I abandoned the quest to start it over, and now I'm stuck in my car, cannot speak to anyone, cannot restart the quest, and cannot get out of the car.

I;m having the same problem. If you're having the same one just an hour before I'm sure this quest is glitched right now! I can oly get one in my car at a time, after that they wont get in. I tried auto-unstucking and abandoning but the quest was still glitched.

I managed to complete the quest on the third try..... but it still seems like something is wrong with this - perhaps it's the car. Every time I ride in it, shortly after all people disappear, or I just can't talk to them or dismount the car. My other characters don't have any issues. Just the goblin.

I have been having the same problem and i even deleted my character and made a new one same thing.I finally found out it does have something to do with the car i just ran around without using it and it worked i was able to complete the quest so i hope that helps people.

I just did this quest (made a Rogue Goblin to help people with Thanksgiving achievements) and it made me want to SCREAM! If I had looked at this web page earlier, it wouldn't have been as bad. Had no problem finding Ace and Izzy from the directions above, but Gobber was giving me fits. When you come straight down the hill from HQ, BEFORE you have to make a left or right turn at the bottom, Gobber is standing in front of the door of the house on that left corner. The way he is colored, he blends into the door so you can't see him unless you know he's standing there. There was no light around him for me (but my computer is old so I have my graphics turned way down). I actually got out of the car, because unlike Ace who jumped into my car, Gobber wouldn't move an inch until I clicked on him. Hope no one else wastes as much time finding him as I did. :-/

This quest was buggy for me on a goblin rogue. I rode around town for at least 10 minutes and the 3 friends were not where they were supposed to be. Dropped the quest and picked it up again, rode to all 3 locations: nothing. Finally I got a warning on the screen that said to use the key to get in the car and go pick them up, and they appeared. I was already in the car, so I don't know why that warning would appear. I was sitting right in front of where Gobber was supposed to be, and there he was. Drove to the other 2 locations and the friends were there.

Finally finished it, but very frustrating.

If you're using the addon "AutoTurnIn" this quest will bug, targets won't appear. You can simply disable the addon, adandon the quest and re-accept it.
