not very interestingly, the NPC who sells the Outfit called "Szabo".
his/her name mean "tailor" in Hungarian.

Szabo is at 37.7, 55.4.

With patch 6.1, if you are using the Chauffeur mount, the NPCs will not give you the quest items because you are mounted. Took me a while to realize why it wasn't working.

This version of the quest is only available if your character is male at the time and haven't picked up the other version, which is The New You.
