Just go up to the Maiden's Dagger, Cap'n Garvey's old flagship and once you are on the deck use the pirate signal. Tony and his men will appear and proceed to take out all the other pirates. Just follow him and assist him if you feel like doing so.

He will make his way down to the captains quarters and engage Alicia Cuthbert. After the fight you need to follow him into the actual captains cabin to get the quest complete notice.

When someone starts this event, the entire boat is phased, and players not on the quest (such as Alliance players) can find themselves in this phase.

Alicia Cuthbert has the following to say to players who interact with her:

Do not trifle with me, <race>.

It's possible to fail the quest if an Alliance player who happens to be on the boat kills Tony Two-Tusk.

Got on the ship and the only place the item could work was on the deck at the back of the ship where the steering wheel would be. The mini map area name doesn't change to Maiden's Dagger. I clicked the quest iem and started it, there was another player in the phase too. Just help the NPC's kill the pirates and you're done.

Use the Pirate Signal to summon Tony Two-Tusk and his crew to the Maiden's Dagger. Help him to defeat Alicia Cuthbert below decks.

Description

Now for my favorite part of any mutiny: the killin'! For pirates, it doesn't matter who's supposed to be in charge, only who's in control of the ships. Anchored on the east end of this island is the Maiden's Dagger, Cap'n Garvey's old flagship. He left his most trusted officer in charge: Alicia Cuthbert. Once we take her out, the ship is ours, and so's the sea.

I'll get the men onto the boats. I need you to board the Dagger and blow this horn from on deck - that'll be our signal to board. Yar!
