Associated with the Pilgrim's Bounty, a week-long event introduced in 2009. Here is a little information about the event itself:

Head for the feasting area, just outside Stormwind
(This post assumes that you are continuing the quest sequence (as listed at the top-right of this page).).

To get this recipe, read from a Bountiful Cookbook (purchased at Wilmina Holbeck (outside Stormwind) or at a nearby Bountiful Barrel).

Amongst others, it contains:
- 1 x Recipe: Cranberry Chutney

To make this recipe, you require:
- 1 x Tangy Wetland Cranberries (outside Ironforge)
- 1 x Honey (at Wilmina Holbeck)

Make Cranberry Chutney. Repeat, until you have:
- 25 x Pumpkin Pie (5 for this quest & 20 more for Daily: We're Out of Cranberry Chutney Again? (towards Achievement: Pilgrim's Progress))

Hand in the quest at Jasper Moore, who then gives:
They're Ravenous In Darnassus

Head for Darnasus.

A word of warning for this, Pumpkin Pie, or Spiced Bread Stuffing:

Leave your raid group, otherwise you will not get any credit towards the "preparation" part of the quests.

Order of One-Time Quests

These are one-time only cooking quests (with yellow quest markers). Each quest requires a different cooking level, ranging from 1 to 280. The recipes are obtained from Bountiful Cookbook (H) at a vendor near the quest givers.

This guide assumes that you can cook everything. However, if you can't, these recipes will give you enough cooking levels to raise your cooking to 280 if you make each recipe 65-70 times (no turkey slaughter involved). Make sure to buy each level of Cooking (@ 50, 125, 200, 275) or you'll be wasting cooking levels! There is a Cooking trainer at each location if you need to learn the recipe for Spice Bread.

I could not find any of the quest~givers outside Org to buy the cranberries or complete the holiday quest. Knew I was missing something on my undead priest. Got the best GM answer. Just had to share!

For the phasing out side of Orgrimmar, it is the legion starting quests that phases everything out. You will see the quest at the mission board there. I am sorry the event is over now, but I would still advise getting that done for the future to help avoid other possible issues.

It took me a while to realize that these quests (where you have to make the item to get credit) don't matter at all. They don't gate anything except each other, they give meaningless rewards, and give no progress towards any achievement. Definitely don't fly around specifically to turn in one of these.

If you are at 1/300 on Classic Cooking, you can get to 295/300 by cooking 4 of these dishes for less than 10g. Just keep cooking until you reach 280. The Slow-Roasted Turkey won't earn anything, but you can make more Candied Sweet Potato at green up to 295.

Cranberry Chutney

Make 5 servings of Cranberry Chutney and bring them to Jasper Moore at the feasting area outside Stormwind.

Description

If you haven't tried the cranberry chutney yet, you're in for a treat. It's made with the freshest tangy Wetlands cranberries. Just pick some up from the Pilgrim's Bounty vendor if you want to try your hand at making chutney.

The recipe should be in your bountiful cookbook.

If you've got some extra time on your hands, would you mind making some of the chutney and bringing it down to Jasper Moore outside Stormwind? I promised him I'd trade some for the pie you brought.
