Go up the elevator thats southwest of Vengeance landing.

Once you're at the top, go straight and you will hit a little camp where he is standing.

Hes was at 71, 39 for me.

The co ordinates listed before i posted here were the actual lift, hes actually up on the cliff that the lift takes you up :).

Sergeant Gorth can be found near the elevator (Vengeance Lift)
The lift is located at 73 35
If you do not have cords, open up your map and look south of the Landing, you will see a bunch of tents. Go directly west of the top tent. (The tents look like a bunch of ^ )

Speak to Sergeant Gorth at the blockade near the elevator west of Vengeance Landing in Howling Fjord.

Description

No one seems to know very much about the vrykul. Our records show no signs of activity in their lands for centuries. Yet here they are, just as we move against Arthas.

The map you retrieved makes it clear that we'll have to defeat them if our forces are to get any further into Northrend.

One of my best sergeants, an abomination known as Gorth, oversees the blockade beyond the lift. Assist him in launching a pre-emptive strike on Baleheim. If a vrykul attack occurs, it will be launched from there.
