I am very much looking forward to this scenario, it seems to feature an endless wave of attackers as this achievement indicates: The Few, the Proud, the Gob Squad. Hope all attackers will be lootable, might be a nice farming place then and a real challenge aswell. :)

5.3 PTR overview:

In The Secrets of Ragefire, players get transformed into a Goblin wearing some Wrath-era gear (rogues get Hateful Gladiator Vestments) with the temporary title Gob Squad Recruit and Rocket Jump. Horde players may remember the Goblin-only Gob Squad from questing in Azshara and Twilight Highlands.

In this scenario, the Gob Squad is investigating mysterious disappearances in Durotar--all evidence points to a hidden part of Ragefire. They want to find out the details behind these abductions and get them to stop. Instead, they're greeted by Dark Shaman Xorenth and Kor'kron guards that attack them and declare all lesser races to not be part of the true Horde.

The Gob Squad tries to open a door that just won't budge, and in the process, they notice some really strange supplies Garrosh has been hiding away, such as Proto-Drake eggs which suggest an alliance with the controversial Dragonmaw clan. (They also find some strange things like a Pool Pony.) As you bring each ingredient to the goblins for their bomb, enemy NPCs will spawn behind you. Players can interact with Kor'kron supply crates lying around--the dialogue box that pops up makes clear that there are tons of weapons and war supplies strewn about, so Garrosh must be planning an invasion.

Blowing up the door is ultimately unsuccessful, and in the process, Ticker is seriously wounded. While the goblins build a teleporter to transport him to safety and alert Vol'jin to the problems in Ragefire, they are ambushed by several further waves of Kor'kron.

I wonder is there is a quest that guides you to this scenario , like lorewalker cho first two scenarios .. or in the lore I just use the Lorewalker Cho's Dream Brew and I see what happened ?

Heroic versions require iLvl 480 and a pre-formed group to join.

The timed content awards bonus Valour. There is a hidden timer which will expire if you do not reach the boss in time and engage. Time limit is unknown but it is reasonable. You can wipe a few times and still make it. Once at the boss, you get a visible timer. On Dark Heart of Pandaria it was 3 minutes. I would assume this is the same on all Heroic Scenarios, with the other timer varying based on the length of the scenario.

I got The Few, the Proud, the Gob Squad the first time I completed this instance and I seem to have gotten a title called " Gob Squad Recruit <Name>". I am not sure if it was from the achievement or for completing the scenario. Either way, you do lose the title upon leaving the scenario...

Hey does anyone know what kind of armor the warlock/mage get when they are disguised as goblins in this scenario? I would love to have my warlock look like that agian

There are two bosses in this scenario, both of which can be tricky on heroic, so here are a few tips.

The first boss.
After blasting a door open and fighting some adds, you will find yourself up against Dark Shaman Xorenth. He has 3 abilities:

Twisted Elements - This is the first thing he will do. It's a dark purple single-target bolt with a 2.5 second interruptable cast. Interrupting this would be nice, but don't worry too much about it.
Glacial Freeze Totem - Summons a totem that will blast all players within 5 yards of it with Frost damage and stun them for 5 seconds. As soon as these are down, kill them. Preferably you will have some ranged DPS around to take care of that, but if not just use the few ranged attacks your melee classes have to kill it as quickly as possible, or just be careful to stay away from it.
Ruined Earth - This spell is a channeled cast and is not interruptable. Patches of the ground will start to crack and spout magma, and it will spread throughout the entire room by the end of the cast. There will be safe zones, so stay in them, as you will die pretty quickly if you stand in the AoE. This is why getting stunned by the totem is not a good plan. Use the Rocket Jump ability granted by the instance to jump to the safe spots if you must.

Overall, this guy is pretty simple. Kill totems so that you don't get stunned, and stay out of Ruined Earth. Kite the boss if you are lacking in ranged DPS.

The last boss.
After more exploding of doors and fighting of waves of adds, you come to the final boss, Overseer Elaglo. Here are his abilities:

Demolish Armor - Applied to whoever is tanking/has the most threat on the boss. Stacks to 99.
Shattering Charge - An instant cast that allows the boss to jump to a player as far as 40 yards away and cause Shattered Earth. This is an AoE that he drops on the ground underneath himself and anyone within melee range. It does a monumental amount of damage VERY quickly. It appears to target only ranged DPS/healers.
Shattering Stomp - A 2 sec non-interruptable cast that also causes Shattered Earth. This appears to target only tanks/melee DPS.
All Shattered Earth will remain for the rest of the fight.

Basically, this boss needs to be kited around the room in a spiral pattern in order to make it easier to avoid running into existing Shattered Earths. If you are melee, you can watch his cast bar, then move away as soon as you see him casting Shattering Stomp. DKs can DG him to expedite things, and pets also help, especially ranged ones, so long as they don't pull aggro. Ranged DPS will just have to move out of the AoE as quickly as possible once he has charged. If you are lacking in ranged DPS, do NOT stun or slow him. All in all, this is a kiting fight. Get the kiting down right and you'll have this encounter in the bag.

This in my experience has to be one of the most unfair Instances i have been in thus far. There is very little pause per Mob killed an once you get into the last event you can't even stop to take a breath as the adds keep adding up. Not only that but most mobs take a painful amount of damage before you can even kill them.
Its not until the last boss that you can breath. I can't image what heroic must be like. Its a very short Instance when you view it but once you fight it feels very long. I feel like this one was't worked on well, as with out any sort of healing involved it is absolutely a pain. Lot of deaths in this one, at lest you can get full Hp per death with a short run to the main room.

"Edit: Some tweaking. Also wanted to add as harsh as this Comment is (No joke though, thats ow I felt when I exited the Instance) The lore at lest was worth while. adding suspicion on the hordes doing, like the hoarding of Proto-drakes an the hostile New Horde. At lest it gets me wanting to think about what could we be up against in the Upcoming raid. Any thing can go from now on. We got Dragonmaw, Dark Shaman, Rasist so called true horde. Its like the orignal horde of Orcs vs Human all over again!

Any idea what's the cloak that the goblin you get turned into is wearing? Making a similar xmog to the hateshatter breastplate.

In Heroic, I found that using Rocket Jump help out tremendously. We had a tank, and the other 2 were basically Rocket Jump him at every single cooldown. It also help clearing out the non-elite trash.

As part of 6.0 and the Stat Squish the mobs HP has dropped. On normal you can instant kill anything in the scenario, including the final boss, with the rocket jump AoE damage which for some reason escaped the Stat Squish.

After patch 6.0 you can to speak to Lorewalker Fu in the "Seat of Knowledge" to enter The Secrets of Ragefire

Lorewalker Fu is located above the Mogu'shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms

As a Guardian druid you still appear as a goblin unlike in Dark Heart of Pandaria, very disconcerting.
Had a Shaman that said they couldn't transform in to Ghostwolf form either.

Very Lazy on the part of Blizzard.
