This has got to be the least descriptive talent tooltip I've ever seen. It's obviously a triggered ability with a long cooldown, but from that description, I don't have any idea what it does or how long it lasts, other than "makes you better" and "probably a lot less than 6 minutes."

what exactly does this talent do for balance/resto druids? actually whats this talent do at all? i remember pre WOD it was kind of the go to talent cause it added an extra 6% buff to your mark of the wild
