These are guarded by the 63's and 64's in The Spawning Glen, note screenshot for actual image of the sacs. This quest becomes repeatable once turned in

Around 16, 60. Mobs in the area guarding drop quest item Bog Lord Tendril for the quest Natural Enemies as well.

After your friendly with sporeggar, you won't be able to repeat for turn in's.

Tip: Go along the southern part of the Spawning Glen where i touches the mountains. Found quite a few this way with not many mobs and close togethor.

It is also good to do "Observing the Sporelings" ( http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9701 ) and "Natural Enemies" ( http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9743 ) since they can be completed while in the area.

Never did this as an Herbalist before. Herbalists note, dead Bog Lords and Fungal Giants can be "mined" after death for various herbs or mote of life and often drop Unidentified Plant Parts, for the repeatable turn-in for Cenarion Expedition rep (10 plants per turn-in = 250 rep. Quest = Identify Plant Parts. Turn in to Lauranna Thar'well Coordinates 80.2, 64.2 at Cenarion Refuge).

If someone else is farming the area for the quests, the left-behind corpses of their slain can make for an herb-gathering smorgasbord.

I had a hard time identifying them. They are plants. They look like little orange hamburgers, orange top, orange bottom and a brown stripe in the middle. They don't sparkle, but they offer the action wheel. They sometimes wave in the wind, and they pulsate, gaining and reducing size. They are small -- smaller than the big orange things and smaller than the small orange things looking like cauliflowers. But they are not flat.

1. The Sporelings' Plight
• Accept the quest, The Sporelings' Plight, from Fahssn at coords 19.0, 62.6 (East of Spawning Glen).
• Travel west, into the Spawning Glen, to the vicinity of coords 13, 61.
• Pick up 10 Mature Spore Sac from the ground.
• Travel east to coords 19.0, 62.6.
• Turn in the quest to Fahssn.

If you're here for "A Trip with the Sporelings" section of the Zangarmarsh quests, you need to get to neutral with Sporeggar to continue. Don't worry, if you're reading this you'll only need to kill a few of the mobs near the mature spore sacs.

The spore sacs start out large and become smaller as the air inside them is depleted. Look for the small, mature spore sacs and save as many of them as you can!
