A Quick notes to new Feral Druids: You must have Friendly(?) rep with Sporregar in order to even get this quest. Kill Bog Lords in the Dead Mire and keep all the tendrils(http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24291) for rep. You'll also be getting Unidentified Plant Parts(http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24401) which you should definately keep for cenarion expidition reputation which you will want to get revered with.(Rep Rewards: http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17904)

The next quest, The Ring of Blood(http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9977) You'll need a good group of five. Usually groups are willing to help one another to make it easier. Yields the Staff of Beasts.

The final quest reward staff is from a quest chain. http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10408 At that URL you'll find the end quest which once again is elite and quite difficult. Yields Fleshling Simulation Staff. Each staff should be enough to tide you over for a few levels.

Confrimed, must have friendly with Sporeggar. All mobs are located near the pump at Marshlight Lake(bloodscale enclave).

i found a lot of slavedrivers and enchantress at 25.36.

This quest is much easier while in a group, as you'll be prone to getting multiple naga attacking you. Also, as the goal here is simply to kill a certain number of naga, it goes much more quickly in a group.

Watch out for the water elemental sentries. If left alone too long after spotting you, they'll call for help over a wide area. You can get six naga attacking you at the same time if that happens. Fortunately, the sentries have low health, so they can be killed quickly.

The female naga (Enchantresses) are much less common than the male ones. Seek them out first. They channel arcane missiles, which can be interrupted. Watch out for their "Circle of Ice" spell. It gradually forms a ring of ice blocks on the ground around you. If you're in the middle of the ring when it completes, it hits for huge damage and roots you in place. Just move out of the way when you see the ice blocks.

The male naga (Slavedrivers) will call nearby slaves for help. If you kill the naga, the slave will evade and run back to its spawn point.

Careful around the control tower at the far end of the village, there are multiple clusters of Naga. Also, the adds will run away after you kill the Enchantresses and the Slavedrivers, but be careful with totems because they will come back.

My personal experience has been that this quest is a much slower way to "grind" reputation than farming Fertile Spores.

Search for "Fertile Spores" on this site and read the comments there for great information about where to farm them. I would argue that Fertile Spores will get you reputation up to 30% faster than killing the Bloodscale Naga.

Though the loot will be arguably less profitable, if your primary concern is reputation then go for Fertile Spores.

The polearm reward from this quest will last hunters easily into the high 60s and perhaps even to 70 if you're unlucky with drops. So grab this quest asap and finish it for this great weapon

The number of Enchantresses you have to kill is 12, not 6.

I have found that if you go to the islands right to the north east sporreggar you find a lot more enchantresses on the outter area and the slave drivers once your are on the island. Search for the enchantresses in the water and the slave drivers are normally on land. With that in mind I find this quest easy because you knock out the enchantresses with ease on the outside and once you are where the slave drivers are you don't have to worry about the enchantresses even when they respawn. Also after you can swim over the enchantresses normally so that is another bonus.

It's pretty much horrible for the 2 classes that might actually use it (ret pallies and MS warriors)

Completion does count towards the Mysteries of the Marsh achievement.

The other point of concern is that the Slave-drivers have some sort of stun/interrupt which inflicts you with a several second global cooldown on all of your spells (this coming from a prot pally). Kind of annoying when you really need to cast that all-important healing or damage spell.

This annoyed me to no-end because I figured, as a tank, gaining rep would be nice and easy by taking on large groups at once. It was not to be however, so I resorted to no more than 3 or 4 at a time.

For non-tanks, you may find it easier taking on the mobs in the water who are without slaves, as mentioned in a previous post, or collect the Fertile Spores from the sporebats.

It seems to be a repeatable quest at the moment; I'm on the third run today with the same quest. Not a daily quest, but as soon as I turn it in, I get the quest again. Easy Rep!

For some reason I'm getting 900 rep per turn in on this quest. I have the guild rep bonus and the Spirit of Sharing buff from Pilgrim's Bounty, but that still seems pretty high compared to the 250 listed.

... not that I'm complaining, mind you.
