The turn-in marker is bugged and may lead you to the wrong place. The actual turn-in location is at Wrathion (black dragon) near coords `29 58`

Don't fly in, it won't work, you need to walk in from the front. I flew in then lost track of where I needed to be, the only indicator was on the minimap, a very light colored blue circle that didn't show up on the main map, along the 30,60 bridge route. I ground mounted/walked and it worked

Kinda confusing to be sent to a place full of 70+ elites that oneshot you as part of the zone campaign at level 63. Am I missing something?

edit: my silly self was doing siege on dragonbane keep instead of this quest. sorry for the confusion! dont make the same mistake as me i guess?

Just begin walking across the bridge after speaking to Wrathion and the cut scene should trigger

Hi all

I present You Storyline Wrathion's Gambit. This Storyline is part of Waking Hope which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Storyline in order I done it:

1. Wrathion Awaits - Fly 42.4 66.7 to see Wrathion
2. Lessons From Our Past - Speak with Scalecommander Emberthal Movie will start.
3a. Sharp Practice - Test the skills of 8 Blacktalon Assassins. Just speak with noobs around and fight with them.
3b. Best Plans and Intentions - You need to:
- Speak with Archivist Edress 43.7 67.2 wait until conversation finish
- Speak with Fao the Relentless 42.4 66 and after conversation press on Blacktalon Battle Plans in tent
- Speak with Forgemaster Bazentus 42.8 66.8
- Speak with Talonstalker Kavia 42.3 69.3 then use Scouting Scope
5a. Talon Strike - Djaradin defenses disrupted until 100%
5b. No Time for Heroes - Kill 3 NPC: Piercer Gigra 35.5 68.5 on top of tower , Olphis the Molten 35 66.7 , Modak Flamespit 35.4 60.6 on top of tower.
7. The Courage of One's Convictions - Speak with Wrathion then move on bridge until Movie will start. Then go inside Citadel and kill 12 mobs inside.
8. Taking the Walls - When You enter Citadel You can pick up this quest. Now You need to Speak with Wrathion He will move you to 26.8 60.1 to destroy Siege He will do it 2 more times like that. After destroy last siege go kill Champion Choruk 27.1 57.
9. Obsidian Oathstone - First speak with Wrathion the npress on Obsidian Oathstone 27.5 63.2
10. A Shattered Past - Enter vaults beneath the Citadel 27.1 61.1 and collect 12 Oathstone Fragment.
11. Forging a New Future - First go and press on Earth-Warder's Forge 24.6 60.9 then collect from Animated Cindershards mobs or pick up from Cindershard Coal 6 Cindershard Coal.
12. The Spark - First press on Forge and after few sec pick up from it Reformed Oathstone Fragments.
13. Restoring the Faith - Fly and speak with Wrathion 27.3 62.6 movie will start. After jump on Wrathion ( in dragon mode ) when You land movie will start. Finishing this quest will finish storyline.

Make sure you pick up Seared Defender's Blade @ (28.1, 57.6) When you first walk in to the obsidian Citadel. It will make the rest of the quest much easier. It does a nice stun + damage with only a 12 second cool down. It's laying on the platform near the lava fall.

OK so I got dropped at the bottom of the stairs, tried to go up died, res'd ran back toward the other end and Wrathion turned up...

Confusticated at first but ... easy peasy. After talking with Wrathion, "follow" him onto the bridge. You'll trigger a cinematic. When that's done you'll have a gang to attack the enemy with. They are pretty easy. From there, on every quest you will encounter more but they all go down pretty easily (DemoW L64)
