The drop rate for these seems to be really low, but I just kept killing quest mobs in the area until I had 8 of them.

I present You Storyline Tuskarr Troubles. This Storyline is part of Azure Spanner which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Storyline in order I done it:

1. Ask the Locals - Speak with: Korrikunit the Whalebringer 46.7 38.6 , Jokomuupat 46.3 38.2 and Babunituk 45.7 38.9
2. Catch the Caravan - Go 35.2 37 and speak with Brena wait ultil conversation finish to get next quest.
3a. Those Aren't for Chewing - Slay the mobs and get 8 Funerary Offering is not 100% drop.
3b. Snap the Traps - Press on 5 Bladejaw Trap they are around 35.1 34.7
3c. Howling in the Big Tree Hills - Kill 3 mobs: Hyenamaster Durgun 35.7 34.6 , Trap-Layer Kerwal 34.9 32.7 inside cave, Bakra the Bully 33.9 33.1
Next 4 quest to do in Kargpaw's Den 34 30.7.
6a. Supplies! - Collect 3 items: Hunting Game Calls 36 93.7 , Meat Curing Salts 29.8 75 and Skinning Tools 50.8 36.6
6b. Gnoll Way Out - Rescue Norukk 40.8 63.6 and 3 Tuskarr they are in cage.
6c. Ill Gnolls with Ill Intent - Kill 16 Shadepaw gnolls.
6d. Leader of the Shadepaw Pack - Go slay Kargpaw the Fetid 40.6 17.7 and loot Kargpaw's Totem.
10. Spreading Decay - Meet Brena 28.7 34.8
11. Another Ambush - First speak to Akiun 28.7 34.8 then examine 4 nearby corpses: /way 29.2 33.5 /way 29.1 32.5 /way 28.1 31.8 /way 27.9 32.7
12. Urgent Action Required - Meet Brena 20.6 35.6. After this quest storyline finish.

So I have fought Dragons, Old Gods, Undead, Demons and Titans and yet I get feared by some dog man laughing, really !

Description

I found one of Ponoliak's funerary offerings, mishandled and then discarded by these Shadepaw gnolls... It has bite marks all over it! This offering, and others like it, are needed for the memorial ceremony for the recently deceased Iskaara chieftain. It's a travesty that something so sacred should be employed as a chew toy. Please keep an eye out for more offerings.
