If you dont have flightmaster access to Oldgate, go to /way 63,6, 40,9 and pick the Elevator.
To return the quest you need up the stairs at /way 54,8, 45,7 and follow the path.

This quest takes place where the "T" is in Castle Nathria on the map (further waypoints down below). You can get here by taking the "Old Gate" flight path or the "Charred Ramparts". Otherwise if you haven't managed to get either your best bet is to take the "Sanctuary of the Mad" you get during the story campaign and making the long run out there.

Once here you will need to slay the following three npc's: (Coordinates are below)

Note: I suggest doing Guardian Mastrus last since you can run straight out of his courtyard and up the stairs to the quest turn in spots.

Evaala the All-Seeing
Keraal the Ripper
Guardian Mastrus (Inside the building to the right when you enter the courtyard)

Once you have obtained all 4 and completed Overhead Intelligence and Gothic Fashion you will go to the tower on the bridge (coordinates below) where if you look at the main map you'll see the giant gargoyle statue and the bridge that rights to the right there will be a tower at the end and turn them in.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Assistance from Sinfall	Speak with The Curator in Darkhaven 60 60.
2 Overhead Intelligence	Slay Chalice Courier and collect from them: Inane Drabblings, A Personal Affront, List of Demands and Rumors of Favor. This Quest you doing together with Eyes of the Master and Gothic Fashion.
3 Eyes of the Master	Slay 3 NPC: Evaala the All-Seeing 50 51, Keraal the Ripper 48 53, Guardian Mastrus inside bulding 52 45.
4 Gothic Fashion	Collect 5 articles of venthyr clothing: Crimson Cravat, Iron Skull Belt Buckle, Pleated Cape, Thigh High Boots and Lace-Up Bracers is dropo from most mobs around. Return 3 quest to 56 41 is in Tower you need to get to wall to get there. enterence to wall 54 45.
5 Shards of the Countess	"Collect the 3 Shard of the Countess. You doing this quest together with Collecting Dust. 1. Insid bulding pick up from table 54 37 2. Is on wall inside bulding 52 37 3. Slay Duchess Minodora and pick up from body"
6 Collecting Dust	Pick up 30 Death Lotus Petal from Death Lotus. You can find them out side the buldings.
7 Through Glass	Use Death Lotus Powder then go to basement and speak with The Curator then go thru mirror and slay Warden Eriken after all pick up The Countess's Sinstone and go to next room where is mirror.
8 Sins of the Past	Go thru mirror. You will get root after follow The Countess and take a sit in the Ornate Chair. Listen to The Countess then Eat then Listen to The Countess.
9 Land of Light	You need to ridde Purple Nightflyer just go up in this bulding. then move to 31 47.
10 Actions Speak Louder than Words	Speak then Follow Mindscorched Alwin. This quest you doing together with Actions Speak Louder than Words and Light Respite
11 Skulking in the Darkness	Kill 8 outcast venthyr in the Ashen Traverse.
12 Light Respite	Pick up 25 Brushberry from Duskbrush all 3 quests return to 39 59.
13 The Folly of Envy	Slay Duke Vielle He is on wall 40 59 then pick up Seal of Contrition.
14 Parting Words	Move to 32 47 and speak with The Curator then go back to Bastion and Speak to Kalisthene in Elysian Hold. Finish quest to Mikanikos
15 The Seal of Contrition	Place Seal of Contrition.

The quest marker will show that the turn-in is somewhere underground. Ignore that. It's actually up in the highest tower in the area, ABOVE the marker.

Reach renown 13.

Questline took around 30 minutes after reaching Revendreth.

Kyrian questline continues at renown 17.

Has anyone managed to solo this quest as a healer? I’ve got a mistweaver monk at iLvl 153 — the five pieces of Garb of the Selfless I have are locked at rank 3 until I complete chapter 6 of the Kyrian campaign. When I fought Evaala the All-Seeing she was damaging me much faster than I could damage her, and even after using a healing potion I died while she still had about a third of her HP left.

The last time I tried this quest as a discipline priest there were other players around on the same quest so he was able to complete it with help. This time I was all on my own.

Description

I worry about entering the city. I'm sure you have noticed how well we... stand out here. Denathrius's loyalists have eyes everywhere, and no more dedicated soldiers than the stoneborn. Their eyes and ears watch over the Chalice District. Take out their leaders so none can report our presence here before we acquire the seal.
