Don't. Fall. Down. Before accepting the quest, as there doesn't appear to be a way back up to the questgiver. Furthermore don't die below the waterfall, because there's no Spirit Guide and when you attempt to regain your corpse you'll be ported back to your graveyard. Sigh.

If you fall from the waterfall, like I did... Hearth, go back to Zandalar and talk with Captain Rez'okun and he will start the cutscene all over for you.

If your safety bubble gets stuck halfway down the waterfall, a quick relog ports you back up to Nathanos.

Turn-in dialogue is probably a reference to the first time we meet Oculeth in Suramar. If you hadn't showed him Thalyssra's badge in time, he teleported you off the coast of the Broken Isles

If you're repeatedly washed over the edge of the falls when trying to speak to Oculith, hold your finger on the RIGHT arrow key as you're being washed towards him. You can then talk to him by scrolling back slightly, always keeping your finger on the arrow.

Description

We're surrounded by the dead, dying, and other detritus. Feels like war, does it not? Oculeth and others have gone ahead to see to the soldiers. Perhaps you ought to see to them as well?
