To stop a ritual you have to slay all demons around ritual points. Try to avoid fel elementals that patrol quest area, they hit really hard.

First ritual can be found at 59 51 point.
Second ritual can be found at 57 46 point.
Third ritual can be found at 61 42 point.

Anyone else having the issue that the NPC (Earthtwisting Defiler) which has to be killed is evading thus cannot stop the ritual?

Due to extreme mob density in the area, the best way to get to the infernals is generally to bumrush them, die somewhere nearby, then rez/anhk.

What i did to get around was Joined a Sentinax farm grp, Killed the NPCs on new server, didnt get credit on my quest left group waited for respawn on my server killed NPCs and done .

As of 8.1.5 this quest can be a bit temperamental. I tried doing it whilst also collecting cores and healing Shamans, however I was not receiving credit for disrupting the rituals until after I completed the other 2 quests.

Hello! So i have found that in bfa (8.3) it's bugged and uncompletable all i get is an untargetable mob. This quest puts a complete halt to progressing through the broken shore questline for me, unless im missing another legionfall champion for the quest. Anyone have any helpful suggestions or know why it's broken? things i have tried are Re-logging and disabling all addons then relaunching the game. I have tried fragmenting to another realm, and i tried to come back upon server reset still nothing

Ok so i found a fix for this have to go into warmode then head back tested this a few times and it works just fine

If anyone post-Legion is still having issues with this quest not counting upon killing the ritualists, try meleeing them one by one instead of one-shotting them all with chain lighting.

As of 9.1.5, you still won't get credit if you kill them too fast. However, using Wind Shear (to literally interrupt their ritual) on one of the mobs and then killing them should work.

As of today I used lightning shield and engaged the adds then let them kill themselves upon my shield. This completed the quest criteria first time.

For those bugged on this quest, to this day, I had it bugged for 48h until another player whispered me with a solution.
TURN ON WARMODE (or turn it OFF if the opposite). It hard forces another instance, likely unbugged.

Description

Do you hear that, shaman? The rumble of the earth as it tries to fight against the Legion's will. Their half-witted eredar are attempting to bend the forces of Azeroth to their will.

How dare the Legion think they can corrupt my domain? They have assembled their infernals from Azeroth's stone - MY stone! Now they try to bring these new infernals to life.
